PAUL J. HASNEY
Paul Hasney is the leader of Imagine Consulting LLC; a consulting firm designed to help today’s organizations meet the ever-changing needs of their employees and the marketplace. He has thirty-two (32) years of experience in the Training and Development field, fifteen (15) in the banking industry. His training experiences include Leadership, Management Development, Sales, Customer Service, as well as the development and implementation of cultural change initiatives. He is also certified by the Franklin Covey Company to teach The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People Seminar, Seven Habits for Managers, Leading at the Speed of Trust and Leadership Foundations. Besides his training expertise, Paul also has over thirteen (13) years of management experience.
As a consultant, Paul has focused his attention on helping organizations build the culture they want. He has also helped organizations manage the “people” side of their business by designing and delivering educational experiences that develop effective leaders, managers and empowered teams.
PRESENTATION TOPIC:
“Communication/Conflict Management” (1 CEU)
OBJECTIVE:
• Help leaders understand how to effectively deal with conflict;
• Introduce an effective model for handling situations involving conflict;
• Give managers tools and techniques for working through conflict;
• Help leaders understand that not all conflict is bad.
This will be the third session in a series of Effective Leadership brought to the ISM-GNO member in 2019 and 2020.
